Avotec offers an extended 3 year, limited warranty on the Silent ScanTM audio system as an extra cost option at the time of purchase.
In order to obtain service, the customer must notify Avotec, Inc. of the defect and obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) and make suitable arrangements for the performance of service.
